My experience & passion
I bring more than 10 years of leadership experience in various operational and strategic roles in an international operating shipping (tanker) company with me.
During this time, I have built and strategically realigned departments, led digital and transformation projects based on company and customer requirements and supported the shore and sea personnel in Nautical/Technical, QHSE and HR topics.
Organisational and personal development and the promotion of lifelong learning has always been very close to my heart. Supporting people and teams in their professional and personal development gives me great pleasure and I would like to pass on this passion to my clients.
